Work orders overview

Bring Breezeway tasks, PMS work orders, and your own jobs into one list with costs, labor, and receipts.

Work Orders shows every maintenance and housekeeping job in one list, with what it cost and who's getting paid. It pulls tasks from Breezeway and work orders from your PMS, and you can create your own.

Work Orders is turned on per account. If you don't see it in the left navigation, contact support@accountablevr.com.

Where work orders come from

Each work order shows its Source:

  • Breezeway: tasks synced from Breezeway.
  • PMS: work orders imported from Streamline or Track.
  • Accountable: work orders you create with New work order.

Tip: When the same job shows up from two sources, a banner on the work order lists possible duplicates so you can merge them.
