Searching, filtering, and exporting transactions

Find any transaction fast and export exactly the set you need.

The Transactions page lists every card purchase, bank transaction, payment, transfer, and deposit in your account. Filters narrow the list, and exports follow your filters.

Searching

Use the keyword filter, Search for merchants, recipients..., to find transactions by merchant or recipient name. The Notes filter searches the text of transaction notes. To find one specific transaction, use the Transaction ID filter with the Accountable Transaction ID shown in the transaction's details.

Filters

Click a filter, make your choices, and the list updates. You can combine:

Filter Options

Useful filter combinations

  • Missing receipts this month: Date = This month, Attachment = No attachment.
  • Needs splitting: Allocation = Pending Split.
  • Blocking your sync: Sync Status = Not ready, Allocation = Unallocated.
  • One property's spend: Properties = the property, Date = Last month.

Exporting

Click the export button above the list:

  • Export All downloads every transaction. When filters are active, the button reads Export Filtered and downloads only the matching transactions.
  • Export Expenses with Line Items includes one row per split line, with custom fields.
  • In a PMS review queue, Export Expenses for your PMS downloads expenses in the shape your PMS uses.

Exports download as CSV files you can open in any spreadsheet app.

Tip: On a property's row in Properties, click View Transactions to jump to Transactions already filtered to that property.
