Merchant to property rules (Beta)

Merchant to property rules allocate every charge from a merchant to a property or group of properties. Use them for vendors that only serve one place, like the pool company at one building or the utility for one address.

How they work

• Match on text in the merchant name, like "PALMETTO POOL".
• Allocate to one property, or split across several evenly or by percentage.
• If a new rule overlaps an existing one, you are warned before saving.

A card default property and anything your team picks on the text link still take priority. Every allocation can be changed in review before it syncs.
