Import your Breezeway supplies instead of rebuilding your catalog, and optionally keep costs and stock counts in sync.

Import your Breezeway supplies

There are two ways to bring supplies in.

Import directly from Breezeway

1. Go to Inventory > Items.
2. Click Import from Breezeway.
3. Accountable pulls your Breezeway supplies and shows a preview. Items that match something already in your catalog are marked Already in catalog or Similar item exists.
4. Choose the supplies to import and confirm.

Nothing is changed in Breezeway during an import.

Import a Breezeway supplies export

1. Export your supplies from Breezeway as a CSV.
2. In Inventory > Items, click Import CSV and choose the file.

Accountable recognizes a Breezeway supplies export automatically. Supply IDs become SKUs, categories carry over, and Total Stock lands as audited opening counts at your default location.

Keep supplies in sync

Inventory supply sync keeps the inventory catalog and Breezeway supplies in step:

• It pulls cost and category changes, and stock counts, from Breezeway.
• It pushes stock changes from sales, receives, and adjustments back to Breezeway.

Stock corrections land as audited adjustments, so you can see what changed in Activity. Supply sync is off by default. When it's available for your account, the Inventory supply sync toggle is in your Breezeway settings. Contact support to turn it on.

A Breezeway outage never blocks recording a sale or receive in Accountable. Updates catch up when Breezeway is available.

Charging supplies to Breezeway tasks

When you record a sale, you can link it to a Breezeway task for the property. The supplies cost, with markup, is posted to the task when the charge syncs.

Tips for a clean import

• Set up your storage locations before importing, and mark the right one as default.
• Review Similar item exists matches before importing to avoid duplicates.
• After importing, set reorder points on key supplies to get low-stock alerts.
