AI property tagging (Beta)

AI property tagging suggests a property when your team didn't pick one, or when a purchase covers more than one home. Property decides which owner pays.

Where it helps

• Amazon orders. The property is read from the PO number or shipping address on the order, and each item line can get its own property.
• Invoices in bill pay. Each line on a vendor invoice gets its own suggestion, using the service address and description.
• Card charges without a property. AI uses the receipt, the cardholder's open tasks and work orders, and their recent jobs.

Each suggestion shows a confidence level and the reason, for example "Shipping address matches 412 Ocean Blvd".

How it fits with other tools

• A property your team picked on the text link always wins.
• AI suggestions wait for review, like every other change.
