Track

Send expenses, bills, and work orders to Track with vendor, account, and markup coding.

Coding Track expenses

Each property expense needs a Track Vendor and Track Liability Account, and can be linked to a Track Work Order. Use accounting rules to fill vendors and accounts automatically by merchant or recipient, and the Markup percentage rule for card expense markup.

Common issues

  • A new work order isn't in the list: click Sync now in Track settings. New work orders appear within a minute or two.
  • Sync failed for a missing vendor: create the vendor in Track, or pick an existing one.

Tip: Turn on Sync Bill to Track at Approval if owners should see charges as soon as you approve a bill.
