Connecting your PMS

Connect your property management system (PMS) to import properties and send owner charges, work order costs, and expenses back to it.

Connect your PMS

1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Property Management.
2. Click Get Started.
3. Choose your PMS.
4. Enter the credentials it asks for, then submit.

Guesty	An Integration Token
Streamline	A Token Key and Token Secret
Track	Your Track domain, API Key, and API Secret
Hostaway	Your Account ID and API Key
OwnerRez	Click Connect and approve access in OwnerRez
Buildium	A Client ID and Client Secret

When the connection succeeds, you'll see a confirmation and your PMS settings page.

Import your properties

Go to Properties and click Import Properties. They import in the background and appear within a few minutes. To keep the list current, turn on Automatically Import Properties Daily in your PMS settings.

Review your PMS settings

These options apply to every PMS:

• Skip Business Transactions: keep business expenses out of the PMS review queue.
• Include Merchant in Synced Expense Transaction: add the merchant name to the expense description.
• Include Date in Synced Expense Transaction: add the transaction date to the description.

Some systems have extra settings, such as markup defaults or work order options. See the article for your PMS under Integrations.
